

Sarah Montes is a designer with experience across a wide range of project types, sizes, and programs. She is passionate about creating inclusive, community-driven spaces. Sarah previously served as president of the University of Kansas chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architecture Students, where she focused on advocacy and mentorship. As she completes her master’s degree in architecture, she is involved in local initiatives including Lawrence’s Parking Day and the creation of a self-guided Architectural Tours of Lawrence brochure.
