Martin Tovrea leads Multistudio’s New Orleans studio as Managing Principal, bringing over 30 years of professional experience. Martin oversees a broad portfolio of projects that impact local communities throughout New Orleans, Louisiana, and the Gulf Coast, including designs for affordable housing, health centers, and education spaces. His impressive tenure offers a broad perspective, informing creative solutions that fulfill clients' visions while maintaining financial expectations.

A Louisiana native and graduate of LSU, Martin’s career has spanned the nation, taking him as far as Alaska. He worked at Multistudio’s Phoenix studio for seven years before returning to New Orleans, where he has now been based for fifteen years.

Martin deftly navigates the complexities of design and construction processes, translating them into clear and accessible milestones. With clients, partners, and colleagues, he maintains a thoughtful, curious approach to address challenges. As a leader and team-builder, Martin’s approach is collaborative and solutions-oriented. His commitment to successful outcomes helps him engage and drive the next generation of industry leaders.
