Martin Tovrea leads Multistudio’s New Orleans studio as Managing Principal, bringing more than 30 years of professional experience. Martin oversees a broad portfolio of projects that strengthen communities throughout New Orleans, Louisiana, and the Gulf Coast, including affordable housing, health centers, and educational facilities. His extensive experience provides a broad perspective that informs creative solutions aligned with clients’ visions while meeting financial expectations.
A Louisiana native and graduate of LSU, Martin’s career has spanned the nation, taking him as far as Alaska. He worked in Multistudio’s Phoenix studio for seven years before returning to New Orleans, where he has now been based for more than fifteen years.
Martin deftly navigates the complexities of design and construction, translating them into clear, accessible milestones. With clients, partners, and colleagues, he brings a thoughtful, curious approach to solving challenges. As a leader and team builder, Martin is collaborative, solutions-oriented, and committed to mentoring the next generation of industry leaders.
