A global company commissioned Multistudio to create a 125,000-square-foot Engagement Center that brings clients and employees together through an immersive, hospitality-driven interior experience. Designed as a destination for collaboration, learning, and connection, the four-story center transforms the traditional corporate environment into a dynamic sequence of spaces that encourage interaction, spark conversation, and communicate the company’s forward-thinking approach.
Hospitality is embedded throughout the experience, from the arrival sequence and client lounge to flexible meeting spaces, collaboration areas, and immersive environments. Multistudio worked closely with the client to develop an interior that feels both highly branded and distinctly human, balancing the needs of daily employees with the expectations of clients visiting from around the world.
The interior unfolds as a series of experiences rather than a single environment. A collaboration center, conference center, meeting rooms, client lounge, production spaces, and virtual experience areas support different modes of engagement. An immersion theater, interactive exhibits, and experiential displays introduce clients to the company’s products, services, and capabilities, while adaptive building displays reinforce the brand and create opportunities for storytelling throughout the center.
Materiality, lighting, color, and furniture work together to establish a warm, contemporary atmosphere that feels more like a sophisticated hospitality destination than a traditional workplace. Views and abundant daylight extend deep into the interior, while central stairs encourage movement and create visual connections between floors. Throughout, the design balances moments of energy and discovery with spaces for focus, conversation, and retreat.
The result is an interior environment designed around the human experience: a place where clients can understand the company’s capabilities, employees can build connections, and every visit offers a new opportunity for discovery.
We really enjoyed the atrium of this space. The sculptural staircases, the ability of the space to be a collaborative meeting area where people can come and have chance meetings and collaborations. We also loved the exterior of the building...We appreciate how the building undercut itself to provide an overhang and protection from the elements and created a smaller-scale experience instead of that building coming all the way to the ground.
