Biography

For more than 20 years, Kelly Dreyer, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, has served as a design leader and mentor across Multistudio's diverse portfolio. His experience as an adjunct professor at the University of Kansas has shaped a leadership style rooted in curiosity, humility, and a genuine passion for teaching—creating opportunities for both clients and colleagues to learn through the design process.

Committed to advancing design through research and evidence, Kelly co-founded Multistudio's Research Center to help clients evaluate building performance through post-occupancy evaluations (POEs). By collecting and analyzing data before and after project completion, he often remains engaged for years, helping clients understand how their environments influence the people who use them and informing future design decisions.

Kelly's work sits at the intersection of education, technology, business, and community, where he helps clients navigate complex challenges that span disciplines and stakeholder groups. As a leader, he mentors emerging designers, cultivates trusted client relationships, advances strategic business development, and helps shape the firm's long-term growth and success.
