For more than 30 years, Dan Zeller, AIA, NCARB, has helped expand Multistudio’s portfolio, strengthen its workplace culture, and cultivate relationships across all five studio locations. His entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence have shaped both the firm’s growth and the way it works with clients and partners. Known for building trust and finding practical solutions to complex challenges, Dan brings a leadership perspective grounded in design, business, and relationships.
As Co-CEO of Multistudio, Dan oversees financial rigor and market relationships, business development and operational stewardship, revenue accountability and financial growth, industry engagement and external partnerships, operational systems, and IT oversight.
Dan’s leadership style fosters a problem-solving environment that propels projects forward and builds strong teams. His project experience spans nearly every sector—from education buildings and community centers to workplace improvements, sports and recreation facilities, and more. He brings extensive knowledge of the entire design process, including architectural detailing, master planning, cost estimation, preparation of construction drawings, and construction administration.
Dan is a strong communicator who builds clear channels of conversation between owners and design teams to keep projects moving and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. He is a thoughtful researcher and attentive listener, seeking to fully understand a project’s operational, programmatic, and human needs before design begins. Throughout his career, Dan has earned the trust of partners and clients by consistently delivering exceptional outcomes and building relationships that extend well beyond a project’s completion.
