Dave played a central role in shaping a studio culture characterized by collaboration and a profound respect for the community. He championed a design philosophy that valued listening, shared authorship, andwork that makes a lasting difference. His leadership helped guide the firm’s transition to employee ownership in 2012, underscoring a long-term vision for shared success.
His legacy lives on in the people and projects he helped shape — and in the belief that a well-designed city is a force of good. We carry that belief forward with gratitude and respect.
