I believe it will take a village to address the climate crisis, which is why I'm passionate about building inclusive partnerships with educators, municipal leadership, policy makers, designers, construction firms, and community advocates.

Betsy confidently leads projects at all scales, ranging from large multi-phase new buildings to small tenant improvements for long-term clients. She fosters an inclusive design process that spans disciplines and tenure, guiding each team toward the most holistic design solution. Passionate about her community, Betsy served as the Board President of AIA Arizona in 2021 and is a co-founder of the Phoenix chapter of the Carbon Leadership Forum.
